Fat Product - Feed Ingredient
Fat Product is a general term used in feed formulation to describe a processed fat or oil source included to increase the energy density of animal diets. These products are typically derived from animal fats (such as tallow or lard) or plant oils (such as soybean, palm, or canola oil) and may be refined, blended, or hydrogenated to improve stability, shelf life, and handling characteristics. Fat products can be delivered in liquid or dry (powdered or prilled) forms depending on the application.
