Safety of intravenous proteolytic enzymes (varizyme) in equine practice. No horse receiving combined streptokinase, streptodornase, and human plasminogen alone in either 125,000-unit or 375,000-unit doses manifested any clinical reaction. The reaction was transitory and subsided without treatment.
