Gum Arabic, also known as acacia gum, is a natural gum obtained from the hardened sap of Acacia species, primarily Acacia senegal and Acacia seyal. It is composed mainly of polysaccharides and glycoproteins, making it highly soluble in water and widely used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and thickening agent.
