Oat Oil - Feed Ingredient

Oat Oil is a nutrient-rich oil extracted from the germ and outer husk (bran) of oats. It is obtained through cold pressing or solvent extraction and contains a diverse blend of unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic and linoleic acids, as well as antioxidant compounds such as tocopherols (vitamin E), phytosterols, and avenanthramides—unique antioxidants found specifically in oats.

In equine nutrition, Oat Oil is used as a functional fat source to provide concentrated energy, support skin and coat health, and deliver natural antioxidant protection.

The following equine feeds, supplements and products contain Oat Oil as an ingredient.
