Pea Meal - Feed Ingredient
Pea meal is a ground product derived from dried field peas (Pisum sativum), typically after the removal of the outer hull. It is used in animal feeds as a plant-based protein and energy source. Pea meal is rich in starch, digestible fiber, and protein, and contains a relatively balanced amino acid profile, making it suitable for inclusion in equine and livestock diets.
