Dried Bacillus licheniformis Fermentation Product - Feed Ingredient
Dried Bacillus licheniformis fermentation product is a feed ingredient derived from the controlled fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis, a spore-forming probiotic bacterium. After fermentation, the bacterial cells and their beneficial metabolites are dried to create a stable product used in animal nutrition.
In equine feed, Bacillus licheniformis fermentation product is included as a microbial supplement to support gut health and digestion. While it does not provide live bacteria like direct-fed microbials, its fermentation byproducts, including enzymes and/or organic acids, may help promote a balanced intestinal environment.
