Polyethylene Glycol - Feed Ingredient

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a synthetic polymer composed of repeating ethylene oxide units. It is available in a range of molecular weights, with properties that vary depending on the size of the molecule. PEG is water-soluble, chemically inert, and non-toxic, which makes it suitable for various industrial, pharmaceutical, and food-related applications.

In equine feed and supplement formulations, PEG may be used as a carrier, dispersant, emulsifier, or processing aid.
