Propylparaben - Feed Ingredient
Propylparaben is a synthetic compound used as a preservative in food, pharmaceutical, and feed products. Propylparaben functions as an antimicrobial agent, helping to prevent the growth of mold, yeast, and bacteria in moist or perishable products.
In equine feed and supplement formulations, propylparaben is used in small quantities to extend shelf life and maintain product integrity.
