Embryonic PGE2 secretion (ng/embryo/24 hr) was detectable on Day 6 (0.27 +/- 0.39), tended to increase (P less than 0.1) on Day 7 (0.57 +/- 0.88), and increased significantly (P less than 0.05) on Day 8 (2.23 +/- 0.86) and Day 9 (4.13 +/- 0.71).
